Mr. Chowdhury has expanded his business expertise beyond global seafood and commodities trade to establish a prominent real estate investment portfolio throughout New York. Specializing in bank-owned (REO) and estate properties, his company buys, renovates, and sells over 200 houses annually. With a sharp eye for undervalued assets and a commitment to strategic property enhancements, Mr. Chowdhury has become a recognized force in New York real estate.
