One of the examples of this proven fact is J F M Rasel, a Bangladeshi-born American hailing from Bhola district of Bangladesh. He was talented as well as a dreamer from his childhood. He used to realize that there is no alternative to hard work in a planned way to achieve any goal or dream.
J F M Rasel is the President and CEO of JFM RASEL PROPERTIES INC., a renowned US real estate company. He is also the Secretary of HN Assets Ltd, President of JFM PROPERTIES Service Inc. He is also serving a vital post in New York Life Insurance Company.JFM Rasel was also involved in the media sector. He is the former Field Supervisor of Multiband Direct TV in America. He also worked as President of Rahman Candy and Tobacco Inc.
JFM Rasel was born in 1984 at Shibpur Ilsha in Bhola district. He passed SSC in 1999 from Ilsha Baghar Howla High School and HSC in 2001 from Naziur Rahman College. He moved to his parents living in America in 2001. He took admission in Manhattan Comprehensive Night and Day High School. He then attended the City College of New York and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He graduated in Telecommunication Engineering from this college in 2010. Forward-thinking Rasel is always a visionary. Since his arrival to America while attending school, he was involved in two other jobs besides looking after his father’s business. He used to spend his time very diligently.
At the age of 15, he used to work in his shop from 7 am to 11 am and later 11am to 3pm at Quiz Lodge. He used to deliver foods by bike. He used to attend classes at night. The family was well off with the income that came from their business. But Rasel wanted to support his father. He was also involved in three jobs while studying in college. He used to earn money by working in a shop for one hour even while visiting the sea. In a word, Rasel is a hardworking young man.
JFM Rasel used to drive Yellow Taxi in 2015-2016 in between other jobs. Before this he started real estate business. He then started earning success gradually through har work. In 2010, a dream of his life came true. He bought a house in Ozone Park, New York. He bought another house in 2014. The real estate business has brought great financial success for him. He has managed to sell more than 50 houses in the last 3/4 years.
J F M Rasel got married to Farha Mithila in 2011. Farha was studying CA in Dhaka then. Rasel took his wife Mithila to America in 2012. Mithila graduated from Queen’s College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is also very hard-working. She is also involved in her husband’s business. The couple founded Rasels Farha RECOMM where they are Senior Loan Advisors. Apart from this, Farha Mithila is working as a retail loan officer of an organization called QUONTIC. While talking to J F M Rasel, he said, “I get more pleasure when I am at work. For this, I worked at a beach restaurant for $5 an hour even as a schoolboy on trips to the beach. Thus, I earned money besides visiting sea beach.” JFM Rasel feels, “There is a huge gap between past Bangladesh and Bangladesh of today. Bangladesh is now heading towards the road of development.” According to him, although there are many parties in the democratic system in Bangladesh, there is only one party for the countrymen – that is the development party. Those who work for people, the people will vote for them. J F M Rasel, a second-generation Bangladeshi in America, said, “As a proud Bangladeshi, I am also proud to be an American.”
He said, “Country is first. If the country develops, if the people of the country are happy – if human values develops and justice and rule of law are established in the country, not only development but also humanity will improved.”
