Born to Haji Abdur Rahim and Rabeya Khatun, Alamgir displayed brilliance and industriousness from a young age. After completing his SSC from Faridpur District School and his HSC from Government Rajendra College, he participated in the ‘DV Lottery’ in 1995, which opened the doors for his journey to America.
